I'm very tired so forgive me if I ramble, but I wanted you to know how much I loved this. I am always amazed at how you make all your characters seem so real and complex and like people I know in my own life. No one is ever a caricature of all-good or all-evil. Friendships, especially those that begin in childhood and last into adulthood, are so important, because these are the people who share your history, but they are also complicated and go through so many transitions. I especially loved the role you gave Jocelyn in this story, and the way she communicated so honestly with both Jim and Leo and wasn't a villain or a victim.
